These terms apply when you use VelexFit at velexfit.com ("VelexFit", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a program, you agree to them.

1. What we offer

• Free template: a fixed 4-week beginner program, the same for everyone.
• Custom ($19): an 8-week program built from your questionnaire answers.
• Custom Pro ($49): a 12-week program with nutrition targets, exercise swaps and automatic check-ins every 4 weeks that update the remaining weeks.

Programs are built automatically by our software from your answers, using established training and nutrition guidelines. They are not written individually by a coach.

2. Not medical advice

• Check with a doctor before starting, especially if you have an injury, a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, are pregnant, or have any other health condition.
• Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and seek medical help if needed.
• Nutrition targets are estimates for healthy adults. They are not suitable if you have or have had an eating disorder, or a condition that requires a special diet.
• You train at your own risk and are responsible for using proper technique, safe equipment and suitable weights.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to give honest and accurate answers, because your program is built from them.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Payment is handled by PayPal; we never see your card details. Any taxes required by law are included or shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Your program is delivered right after payment: it opens in your browser and a link is sent to your email. Keep the link private, because anyone with it can see your program.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

7. Custom Pro check-ins

Custom Pro includes two check-ins, after week 4 and week 8. We email you when each one is due. The remaining weeks are updated from the numbers you enter. If you don't check in, your program simply continues as written.

8. Your use of the program

Your program is for your personal use. You may print it and share it with your own coach or doctor, but you may not resell it or publish it. The site, its design, texts and exercise database belong to us.

9. Results

Results depend on many things we don't control, such as consistency, sleep, nutrition, genetics and health. We don't promise any specific result.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, health problems or losses that come from following a program, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Availability and changes

We try to keep the site available but can't guarantee it will always work without interruption. We may update these terms; the version that applied when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly by email.
